2. Access the Online Job Application
The content below provides guidance when beginning, and navigating through, the online job application.
External Applicants access internal job applications using the link sent within the internal communication. Applicants can also access the job postings at Career Center Job Openings.
The Applicant clicks on the Current Openings tab and selects the correct job posting.
Click the Apply button.
Enter the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Then click the Continue button.
Select your preferred option to receive the Security Code through either Email or Phone Number. Then click the Send button.
Enter the Security Code received from either your phone number or email, then click the Verify button.
The page will redirect to the Personal Information page.
3. Submit Online Job Application
3.1. Application Page 1: Personal Information
The first page of the application requires you to document your personal information. All required fields on this page are denoted by a red asterisk *.

State / Territory
Zip Code
Once all required information is filled, click the Next button to proceed to the Resume page.
3.2. Application Page 2: Resume
The second page requires you to upload your Resume and other documentation if applicable. All required fields on this page are denoted by a red asterisk *.
On the Resume page, click the Upload File to submit your Resume and any additional documentation that will support your candidacy for the position.
Once a Resume and other supporting documents are uploaded, click the Next button to proceed to the Questions page.
3.3. Application Page 3: Questions
The third page establishes some basic questions regarding the position you are applying to. All fields on this page are required.
On the Questions page, answer all of the questions using the respective Text or Drop-Down Box fields as appropriate. Then, click the Next button to proceed to the Voluntary Self ID page.
The questions on this page may vary based on the position you are applying for.
3.4. Application Page 4: Voluntary Self ID
The fourth page asks you to provide general information about yourself. All fields on this page are optional.
On the Voluntary Self ID page, answer the following questions: Gender, and Ethnicity using the respective drop-down fields. Check off the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form checkbox, then click the Next button to proceed to the Review page.
If the applicant selects Non-Hispanic or Latino under Ethnicity, the Race bar will become active. Select your race to continue.
3.5. Application Page 5: Review Your Application
The fifth page provides an opportunity to make edits and review your application.
On the Review Your Application page, review your application information. If any information needs to be updated, click the Edit button to the applicable section, otherwise, click the Next Button to proceed to the Self-Attest & Submit page.
